When a wealthy Jamaican family sends their daughter off as an exchange student to a prestigious college in Virginia their intentions were clear, open up a market to distribute our drugs something Dinka did well. After recruiting some loyal college students and a couple of friends from home Dinka finds a wide open area in the seven cities of the Tidewater where she could distribute large quantities of Heroin and cocaine but things would really blow after Dinka meet Lolo a sister returning to the jail from the penitentiary to participate in the re-entry program. But Lolo loyalty to a homegirl threatens to bring down the whole operation.
